3Com Corporation and NUVO Network Management have entered into an agreement for NUVO to deliver managed services such as performance monitoring, change management, reporting, inventory management and problem targeting services which help in ensuring the availability and performance of the converged networks of 3Com voice over IP customers. According to the terms of agreement, 3Com would be offering NUVO’s managed services as a part of its expanding suite of service solution for its VCX and NBX convergence platforms.
3Com would be working with NUVO as the delivery partner to provide the service. The new offering would enable 3Com’s customers to obtain world class managed services for 24×7 uptime and availability of their converged voice/data networks.
