California-based Adobe Systems has moved a step ahead in the P2P market by acquiring yet another VoIP company, Antepo this week.
Antepo, Inc is widely recognized as the developer of Antepo Open Presence Network (OPN) System for Enterprise Instant Messaging and Presence capabilities.
The Antepo technology provides real-time communication and collaboration fulfilling critical business requirements for control, security, integration and compliance.
The Antepo technologies will be integrated in the Adobe Acrobat suit to enable knowledge workers to communicate and collaborate with confidence.
Earlier, we have covered here a major story on Adobe’s ambition in P2P market. In the story, there has been special reference to Adobe’s acquisition of Amicima, a company that develops enhanced Internet protocols for client-server and peer-to-peer networking.
With two acquisitions, Adobe now plans to spearhead in the both VoIP and Video market.
