While, we are eagerly waiting to see Jajah-Apple iPhone combo in the next few months, here is another success story of Jajah. It is Jajah’s association with LG.
The news over the last few days reveals that LG will be supporting Jajah VoIP services on its new Prada phone enabling users to make low cost national and international calls using Jajah’s mobile web application.
Austria-based Jajah explains it is typically 91% cheaper than on a standard mobile contract with Vodafone, 67% with Orange, 87% with T-Mobile and 88% with O2.
Launched in March last year, Jajah’s web-based telephony service has registered nearly two million customers last month. It’s an overwhelming achievement. Vonage, the company which played a pioneering role in popularizing the concept of VoIP for the first time has 2.2 million customers still date.
