The Cable TV providers, who are offering telephone services, got the highest ranking among customers satisfaction in five regions of US. Since the traditional phone services are charging more than cable providers, therefore the customers are more satisfied with cable providers.



According to survey, the Cox Communications Inc was only company last year, who took highest rank in one region, while this time it has taken highest ranking in five region including West, Northeast and Southwest.



Verizon Communications Inc is leading the Mid-Atlantic region. The only traditional phone company is ranked highest among these territories. Time Warner Inc is leading the North Central region, while Bright House Networks is top in the Southeast.



Vonage and other providers are not in these ratings. Now Vonage has more than 1.6 million users but still it is not able to make the rankings.



However, despite of growing competition between cable and VoIP providers, the prices have also increased to $52.40 per month compared with $50.70.
