I came to know that Skype VoIP will be available on Nokia N800 Internet Tablet, most probably from next month. The N800, which has been launched early this year, is supporting Gizmo Project, a SIP-based VoIP application.
Nokia N800 is already enriched with a host of features including Internet radio, RSS news reader, image viewer and media player. With Skype getting into the Tablet, I am sure the N800 is going to be a highly versatile handheld device for the customers.
The media report adds that N800’s built-in webcam will not be supported for Skype calls. It is the missing point of the device, which you have to compromise.
