Australian telecom giant Engin has announced the launch of its first DECT cordless phone that can provide VoIP services in the absence of a PC.
Developed by D-Link, the newest dual mode phone is dubbed as Engin VoIP 221. It allows Australian residential users to make or receive calls over either VoIP or traditional landline without a PC. In other words, the device brings complete freedom to walk for the users while they are busy on VoIP calls.
