After introducing Gizmo Call last month, SIPphone has today launched the latest version of its popular desktop VoIP product, Gizmo Project 3.0 for Windows Operating System. The latest version features meta-voice capabilities, which provide free calling service to Yahoo Messenger and Windows Live users.
The Gizmo Project 3.0 is regarded as the first VoIP software to link together multiple VoIP networks to enable users to call to four of the most popular Voice and IM networks with one client.
With Gizmo Project 3.0, the users can make free calls to Yahoo Messenger, Windows Live, Google Talk and Jabber. It is very simple to make calls using the latest Gizmo version. The users just need to enter their username or ID of the person whom they intend to talk and domain.
The latest version also includes real-time file sharing feature that allows users to exchange files with other Gizmo Project 3.0 users, or send files directly to any jabber clients.
The company plans to provide Gizmo Project 3.0 services for Mac and Linux OS in the next 30 days.
