According to the company’s latest SEC reporting form 8-K filed on January 30th, a subsidiary of VoiceOne Communications has entered into a master service agreement with Google to provide VoIP services. A period of trial usage has been decided upon to determine the capability. In the month of October, a number of purchase orders were issued for the purpose of interconnection of production of VoIP traffic. According to a comment from Google regarding Form 8-K filing, it stated that it is working with VoIP Inc on click to call advertising test which commenced late last year and at this moment company had no further details to share.
