It is now almost everywhere. The Jajah’s web-dialing VoIP service has now a number of new destinations. Particularly, the phone-to-phone VoIP Service of Jajah is rapidly gaining momentum in New Zealand.
Jajah’s web-dialing VoIP service uses regular phones to make VoIP calls over the internet. It is quite easier for the general people to access the VoIP service than the headset or specialty phone approach, which we generally find in Skype.
For such service, registration is free. So much so, the calls between registered users are free to certain destinations. The VoIP Company has made calls free for the New Zealand customers when they contact their relatives in Australia, England, Japan, USA and other European nations. However, there is a discounted calling rate for other destinations.

I would like to have opinions on the capacity of this solution to replace a VoIP system in a company. I think this solution is a complement to the telephony system rather than an alternative.
• The service requires an Internet access (thus a PC or a compatible mobile phone)
• Is Jajah sufficiently protected? In particular in terms of availability of the service, confidentiality and protection against attacks?
• Is it possible to integrate IP services such as a unified directory, presence management and conference call functions?
• Can we still use traditional functionalities such as calls transfer?
• Do you have the knowledge of any companies which set up Jajah?
Thnaks in advance.
