Taking an initiative to further strength its IP-based programs, the enterprise software giant Oracle Corporation has selected Plantronics to make use of Voyager 510-USB Bluetooth headset system to optimize VoIP communication and provide hands-free efficiency to its global workforce.
By using the Plantronics Voyage 510-USB headset system that comes with VoIP-supported laptop and mobile phone, the Oracle staffs now have a single wireless headset to use across multiple applications.
For instance, the headset system enables the employees to use voice commands to log into Oracle Collaboration Suite, access calendar items, address book contacts and draft new e-mails. In this way, Oracle can improve efficiency through faster communications.
