PAETEC Communications Inc. has launched its iPATH VoIP service today.
This includes:
a) Equipment for the customer premise,
b) IP T1,
c) Hosted IP telephony and
d) Hosted IP PBXs.
iPATH, which targets medium and large businesses can be sold by agents while wholesalers and resellers can sell the DID aggregation part of the service.
iPATH’s services include:
a) A Web portal for self-provisioning of services,
b) Performing adds, moves and changes, and
c) Real-time call control support.
Hosted IP telephony customers will have access to:
a) Voice Messaging,
b) Automatic Call Distribution,
c) Hosted Voice VPN and
d) Auto Attendant.
Jack Baron, chief marketing and training officer for PAETEC said,
