Sigma Systems has become a part of the VoIP Technology Alliance Program (TAP) which was launched by Level 3 Communications.
The TAP program aims at resolving potential technology problems linked with VoIP deployments.
Sigma would offer telephony management system such as local exchange carrier (CLEC), inter-carrier, electronic bonding gateway what we call e-bonding integration.
The e-bonding system would automate the telephony provisioning and activation process for service providers. Sigma claims that its solutions provide the intelligence behind converged service delivery, providing turnkey solutions for voice, digital and data services.
Level 3 hugged the media attention when it rolled out a reseller agreement with E911 technology provider TeleCommunications Systems. With its latest agreement with Sigma, Level 3 will able to meet the need of the companies.
