After releasing a 3.0 beta version for Windows, Skype has now redesigned its earlier version for Mac OS. A Tom Keating post informs that Skype has just launched a new version of Skype for the Mac known as 2.5 Beta for Mac.
The latest version provides Mac users outbound SMS text messaging and 10-way conference calling services. Another noticeably feature includes more granular audio device controls. It means users have now options to select audio device during incoming and outbound calling.
Further, the Mac users can simultaneously listen to music on their default device and make VoIP calls using Skype. Until now, this facility was available for the Windows users.
