Coming out from beta, Skype has made its 2.5 version for Mac publicly available. The latest Mac version can be free downloaded from Skype’s site.

In addition to these features, Skype has added a birthday reminder feature to your contacts making it very easy to remember the special day.
The systems required for Mac users are a G4 800Mhz processor or faster, or OS X v10.3.9 or later; 40MB free hard disk space; a microphone; a webcam; and broadband.
