Skype recently rolled out Skype 2.6 for Mac, the latest version of its communication software for Mac users. Besides enhanced quality, stability and extra characteristics, the company claims to have come up with something completely new: for the first time, that is; Mac users will be capable of enjoying a new Skype characteristic ahead of its being availed to Windows users.
Skype was reported to have said that it has delivered a new call-transfer feature that is unique to the Mac platform. Users are now enabled to select more Call Transfer to transfer a continuing call to another Skype user on their contact list. The offering of this feature is claimed to be of use for businesses and families equally.
