Are you using Skype? If yes, don’t tell lie to your friends and relatives while talking them over Internet phones because Skype will notify each lie told. It may sound strange to some of Skype users, but it’s true. Let me probe this.
Israeli-based BATM has developed a lie detector software KishKish that has been added as an optional feature in the Skype phone services.
The KishKish Skype lie detector is free downloadable software, which you can add to your Skype program to examine the truthfulness of statements made by callers.
Skype says the software analyzes the stress levels in speakers’ voices, rating level of stress and probable truthfulness on a scale of 1 to 100. Based on the stress level of voice, the Skype KishKish determines whether the statement made by callers are true or false.
Paul Amery, director of Skype developer program commented,
This is a really neat application and the kind of thing we want to see more of. The KishKish team has managed perfectly to integrate this unique application to meet the needs of our clients.
With the induction of lie detector tool in Skype services, the investigative agencies are likely to use Skype to record statements of witnesses.
