Skype brings cheers to the Mac users who can now make free video calls to any skypers even though they use a widows OS. They can connect with and view friends and relatives on any platform without downloading any additional software.
With the launch of its Skype for Mac 2.0, the global VoIP giant bridges the longstanding gap between the Macs and PCs for video calling.
Now, almost 113 million Skype users will be able to make one-on-one video calls, viewed within the Skype window or on the full computer screen. The new software ensures Mac users to enjoy free, high quality video calling regardless of platform.
They just need a Macintosh computer with Mac OS X v10.3.9 Panther or newer, a G4, G5, or Intel processor running at a minimum of 800 MHz, 512 MB RAM, 40 MB free disk space, and an Internet connection to make video callings.
