Skype has officially announced its Skype Pro service in Europe covering major countries including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the UK.
Skype Pro is basically a new VoIP package that brings a number of paid services along with Skype’s free offers.
It includes zero cents per minute calls to domestic landlines, video calls, IM services, conferencing calls for up to 10 participants and Skypecasts.
It also provides free voicemail, a discount of £16 on SkypeIn numbers, and £4 in credit when you register.
Skype has fixed £1.50 a month with an £8 introductory fee for the first five months of Skype Pro service. There is also a connection fee. It is 3.3p per call.
Skype is discounting £21 for the customers using Philips VoIP 841 phone and a £7 discount for SMC WiFi phone users.

After US & Canada, Skype has reached out to its customers in Europe. It’s certinly good news. I would certianly like to find out when it is going Global, so that people like me who travel a lot, and need to connect to everyone all over the world enjoy the luxury of good and apt service.
