I recall you on my previous post on Raketu where I put simple a question, is Raketu preparing ground to challenge Skype in the New Year? We have the answer.
Skype-killer Raketu has launched its Raketu Affiliate program, under which users of Raketu RakOut dial-out VoIP services (similar to that of SkyOut services) are automatically enrolled for program. They can earn eight percent on all downstream revenue accrued from new customers. Rewards are directly forwarded to the enrolled member’s account. It can be used towards RakOut dial out minutes or services.
Announcing the new program, Raketu CEO, Greg Parker said,
Affiliate Program members who refer enough friends and family could conceivably never have to pay for telephony services for calling anywhere in the world whether they are using a computer or mobile phone.
As said earlier, like Skype, Raketu provides p2p VoIP services to customers. Its services are reaching more than 42 countries in the world. The company is also planning to introduce its mobile version this month enabling members to make low cost VoIP calls worldwide.

I heard through the grapevine that VoIPSupply.com is offering a new affiliate program - one of the largest of its kind. Supposedly they are giving out commission rates as high as 10% - definitely worth checking out. http://www.voipsupply.com/idevaffiliate/
