Idar Vollvik, the billionaire founder of Norwegian VoIP firm Chess/Sense (that was purchased by purchased by TeliaSonera this year), bought a pair of English soccer megastar David Beckham’s boots for 85,600 pounds which is about USD 147,600.
Vollvik bought the boots sold by a charitable concern, Norske Kvinners Sanitetsforening, in a Norwegian TV show
