Vonage, which is on the brink of closure has got the helping hand of VoIP Inc., through a vital deal that would ensure continual of VoIP service for its customers.
As per the two-year deal, VoIP Inc., will provide its VOICEONE Service to the Vonage customers during the agreed period carrying the VoIP calls made by Vonage customers.
Just a few days ago, the US District Judge of Alexandria, Va., Claude Hilton has announced that the court will issue a permanent injunction sought by Verizon which would bar Vonage using the VoIP technologies. The verdict will be given this month.
The federal order has created an uproar situation for Vonage.
